The highlight was the way the groups work together – switching the members of the groups, meeting every member of the whole team and thereby learning from different approaches and cultures how to best deal with the system.

A further highlight was the tutors that ERA was able to hire for this course.

It was quite fascinating to see some of the renowned judges and very interesting people in the classroom face to face.
